Frenzee Newsletter Comp T&C’s 

• Winners will receive a voucher for £100 (at RRP) to spend on any Frenzee items. 10 x £100 vouchers.

• The voucher will be valid until Monday 31 January 2022.

• The voucher can be used for one or multiple orders, up to the value of £100 (at RRP).

• If the total order value(s) exceed £100, the difference is payable direct to Cipher International.

• There will be no cash refund for any value of the voucher not claimed by 31/1/22.

• Orders are to be placed directly with Cipher International – full details to be found on the voucher.

• This voucher is not redeemable within Frenzee retailers.

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive email from us.  The aim of our newsletter is to keep you informed and updated about new products and the Aqua brand.  The subscription to our newsletter is not mandatory.

Frequency

The frequency of the newsletter will be at most 1 per month.

Limited Liability 

We reserve the sole right to modify or discontinue the Frenzee Newsletter at any time, with or without notice to you.  We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right.  Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to unsubscribe users from our newsletter service, without notice.  We will do so with any subscriber we deem registers with fake data.

Double Opt In

We require all subscribers to confirm their email address upon registration.  You will therefore receive a message with a link that you will have to click in order to confirm the email address and your will to subscribe.

Privacy Policy
